Back 2 The Dipper “The Dipper” is a seasonal soft serve ice cream shop proudly serving the Silverton (Ohio) and surrounding communities. We are focused on providing delicious and affordable soft serve and other frozen treats in a community centered atmosphere during the spring and summer months.
